These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the jackpots platform, including the website at jackpots.plus, any associated mobile applications, and all services offered through those platforms. jackpots operates as an online gaming and entertainment service.

By accessing the jackpots platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside jackpots' Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. Where there is a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

jackpots reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the jackpots platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

If you are playing on jackpots through a third-party device or network, you remain personally responsible for your account activity. Sharing your login credentials with another person does not transfer your obligations under these Terms.

To open and use a jackpots account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of a company, trust, partnership, or any other entity.

Each individual may hold only one jackpots account at any time. Opening a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. jackpots uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be suspended and bonus winnings voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information during registration, or failing to update your details when they change, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

jackpots reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. This is standard practice across the online gaming industry and is designed to protect players from fraud and unauthorised use of their accounts.

All jackpots transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jackpots does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. jackpots is not responsible for any third-party fees applied by banks, mobile wallet operators, or card networks.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at jackpots is Rs 2,000. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your jackpots account balance within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. jackpots reserves the right to request source-of-funds verification for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts. If your original deposit method cannot receive funds, jackpots will request additional verification before processing to an alternative method.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

jackpots reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering completion checks. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is placed under review. Withdrawals may not be processed while a bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is active on your account.

General bonus rules applicable to all jackpots promotions are set out below.

Wagering Requirements: Most jackpots deposit bonuses carry a standard 25× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a Rs 10,000 bonus requires Rs 2,50,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering progress is tracked in real time in your My Bonuses section.

• Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%.
• RNG table games contribute 20%.
• Free spin winnings carry a 25× wagering requirement on the win amount.
• Cashback bonuses carry a 1× wagering requirement — the lowest available on jackpots.

Bonus Validity: Standard deposit bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of claim. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus balance and any associated uncleared winnings are removed from your account. Your real-money balance is unaffected.

One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus may be active on your account at any time. Claiming a second deposit bonus while another is active is not permitted. Free spin allocations and cashback run concurrently with deposit bonuses and are not affected by this rule.

Bonus Abuse: jackpots monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering — constitute bonus abuse. jackpots reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

Promotional Codes: Some jackpots promotions require an activation code. Codes are single-use and tied to the player's account upon first use. Codes cannot be transferred, shared, or resold. Attempting to use expired or invalid codes is not a breach of these Terms but the claim will not be processed.

All games available on jackpots are provided by certified third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, and Push Gaming. Each game operates on an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically fair outcomes. jackpots does not and cannot alter individual game outcomes.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game is published in that game's information panel within the jackpots platform. RTP represents the theoretical long-run return across millions of game rounds — it does not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during game play, jackpots systems will attempt to complete any in-progress game round using the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, any stake on an incomplete round will be returned to the player's account. jackpots is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections on the player's side.

If a game displays an incorrect RTP, pays out erroneously due to a software fault, or is found to have been played in circumstances that exploit a technical vulnerability, jackpots reserves the right to void the affected rounds and adjust account balances accordingly. Players will be notified of any such adjustment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jackpots platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and may result in reports to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with jackpots systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings — including but not limited to repeating known-outcome spins or hands.
• Engaging in collusion with other players on live table games.
• Using jackpots for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or fraud.
• Sharing your jackpots login credentials with another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of jackpots software, games, or systems.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Making chargebacks on legitimate deposits through your payment provider without first contacting jackpots support.

jackpots is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal or financial stress. The following tools are available to all jackpots account holders at no cost and without affecting withdrawal eligibility:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Applied at the account level across all jackpots games.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.

jackpots reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. The most common reasons for account action include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time, or sustained inactivity.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your jackpots account at any time by contacting support at support@jackpots.plus. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and real-money balance returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not logged in or been used for any transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. jackpots may apply an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the real-money balance, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time before closure.

Disputed Closures: If your jackpots account is suspended or closed and you believe this was done in error, contact support with your account details and a description of the issue. jackpots will review your case and respond within 5 business days.

jackpots collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jackpots.plus/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: jackpots collects personal data necessary to operate your account (name, email, phone, payment details, transaction history, gameplay records). This data is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and legal compliance. jackpots does not sell personal data to third parties or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

jackpots uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission. Payment card and wallet credentials are processed by certified third-party payment gateways — jackpots does not store your card numbers or wallet PINs on its own servers.

All content on the jackpots platform — including but not limited to the jackpots logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of jackpots.plus or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you as a player.

You are permitted to access and use the jackpots platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jackpots content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of jackpots intellectual property may result in legal action.

The jackpots platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While jackpots takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform uptime and game availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur and will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jackpots' total liability to any player arising from or connected with their use of the jackpots platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jackpots is not liable for:

• Losses arising from the player's own gambling decisions or game outcomes.
• Technical issues on the player's device, internet connection, or mobile network.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

jackpots may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, bonus structures, withdrawal policies, or account rules — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing rules that do not change their substance, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.
